What is API Product Of Anti-allergy lysozyme muramidase 99% ?

 Lysozyme, also known as Muramidase or N-Acetylmuramide Glycanohydrlase, is an alkaline enzyme that can hydrolyzes adhesive polysaccharides in bacteria. Lysozyme mainly decomposes the cell wall insoluble mucoside into soluble sugar peptide by breaking the beta-1,4 glycosid bond between N-acetoacetamic acid and N-acetaminol glucose in the cell wall, resulting in a soluble sugar peptide, causing the cell wall rupture content to escape Dissolve the bacteria. It can be divided into four categories depending on its source, which is plant lysozyme, animal lysozyme, microbial lysozyme, and egg white lysozyme.
