Function of Fluorescein CAS 2321-07-5
 

1.Chemical and biological analysis. As an indicator and biological stain for chemical analysis, it is used to detect chemical parameters such as metal ions, pH, and the presence and activity of proteins, enzymes, and cell molecules. 

2.Medical and ophthalmic diagnosis. It is used in medical imaging to prepare fluorescent dyes to help detect and study biological tissues. In ophthalmic diagnosis, it is used to detect and assess the health of the cornea. 

3.Cosmetics and household products. Used as a colorant for cosmetics and cleaners, and as a fluorescent indicator in household products.

4. Fluorescent coatings and plastics. In textile, plastics, rubber and other industries for the preparation of fluorescent coatings and fluorescent plastics.
