Paromomycin Sulfate is the sulfate salt form of paromomycin, a structural derivative of neomycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic with amebicidal and bactericidal effects against predominantly aerobic gram-negative bacteria, and can be used in the treatment of bacterial dysentery and other gastrointestinal bacteria infection, is the treatment amebic dysentery specifics, bacillary dysentery and enteritis.

 

Function of Paromomycin Sulfate Powder CAS 1263-89-4

In order to survive and reproduce, amoeba must obtain the metabolites of coliform flora in the intestinal tract. Parommycin can inhibit the symbiotic bacteria of amoeba, so as to hinder the growth and reproduction of amoeba, and indirectly play an anti-amoeba role.
