Fosfomycin Sodium Can combine with a bacterial cell wall synthetase, block the first step of the bacterial synthesis of the cell wall with the relevant substances, thus playing a bactericidal role. It has antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Proteus Chichemicalbook, Proteus typhoid, Serratia bacteria, most of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus faecalis, some indole positive Proteus and some Klebsiella and Enterobacteria.
At normal temperature, it is a white crystalline powder with moisture inducing properties. It is easily soluble in water and exothermic when dissolving.

Function of  Spectinomycin Hydrochloride

Mainly used for the treatment of acute and chronic intestinal diseases caused by Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella and other Gram-negative bacteria in chickens, ducks and pigs therapy.

Fosfomycin Sodium has broad antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens,with very useful activity against E. faecails, E. coil, and various Gram-negative like Cirtobacter and Proteus. Given activity in a low pH milieu, and predominant excretion in activity from into the urine, fosfomycin was found to use for the prophylaxis and treatment of urinary tract infectious caused by these uropathogen.
